Whitehill is a superb family holiday home. Set centrally in 1/2 acre of its own garden, it offers privacy and space and yet simultaneously manages to be in the hub of Trearddur life affording 360 degree views around the Bay. The house has recently been refurbished to a very high standard but in such a way that it retains its charm as one of the original houses in Trearddur built in the early 1900s.
Our favourite rooms are: the children's playroom, which means guests can keep the large sitting room child free if required! and the sun drenched conservatory leading off the kitchen. Of particular note are the two brand new dormer bedrooms, each with 3 single beds, perfect for the children's sleepovers!
The house has a great layout as all of the bedrooms are at one end of the house, separated from the
kitchen and living rooms by a hallway. The 3 5ft bed double bedrooms and family bathroom all lead off one corridor, the 2 dormer bedrooms are on the 1st floor.
The living areas are as follows: kitchen including breakfast table and conservatory and separate utility room, children's playroom, dining room seating up to 10, leading through to sitting room stuffed with window seats, comfy armchairs and sofas, completed by spectacular views!
