Holy Island Seafood was formed as we realized how difficult it was for visitors and locals to purchase locally caught fresh fish and shellfish, as it is mainly shipped to the continent. We therefore decided to try and rectify this by forming Holy Island Seafood.

Valley butchers is a traditional family butchers, located on the beautiful rural isle of Anglesey. Just of the north west coast of Wales. Karl Jones having served his apprenticeship in the historic town of Beaumaris, some 22 years ago.
I have come to appreciate the traditional farming techniques of the islands farmers, using only traditional British breeds of livestock. Giving our meat, which is hand picked by ourselves, a flavour all of its own.
