It's in an elevated position, set back from Ravenspoint road including a private parking area. It's an ideal spot as Porth Diana beach and the popular Seacroft pub are both just a few metres walk from Bryn Gors' front door. Guests are welcome to make use of the outside space at Bryn Gors which includes a garden, garden shed, garden furniture and an invariably windy washing line!
This seaside flat has three bedrooms and can sleep up to seven people and is well laid out to suit family beach living. The rooms are spacious and light with lovely panoramic views from every window. A well equipped kitchen diner has all the mod cons you'd expect as well as a table that will comfortably sit 8 people.
The bedrooms lead off the central landing, of the three bedrooms; two are double bed bedrooms and one is a bunk room which has an additional single bed in it - perfect for sleepovers! One of the doubles and the bunk room include washbasins. The family bathroom has a bath and an overhead shower plus a W/C. There is also a seperate additional W/C.
The large sitting room offers both views of the beach and the pub and has a TV/DVD. The flat is heated with night storage heaters and an electric fire in the sitting room.
