Visitors from Ireland
The Dublin to Holyhead ferries arrive in Holyhead Harbour, and are operated by Irish Ferries and Stena Lines. The harbour for the ferries is right in the middle of the town, and is just a few miles from our cottages.
For visitors from Ireland, Anglesey makes a wonderful base from which to explore not only the island of Anglesey, but also Snowdonia National Park and North Wales. The road links make the mainland really accessible - and you won't have a long drive after the ferry crossing.
Here are the distances from the ferry harbour to the individual cottages -
- Hafod - 2 miles (8 minutes)
- Innisfree - 2 miles (8 minutes)
- Llynon Hall Lodge - 9 miles (17 minutes)
